" Prior to engaging with Genius, we were scheduling, tracking, and reporting on all training courses, refreshers, CPD and company inductions via a number complex spreadsheets. With a staff of over 400 this was not practical and was increasingly time-consuming.
It became apparent that most software in the market is aimed at training providers who sell their courses and generate a return on their services, thus allowing them to offset the cost of the software relatively quickly. As our training is for internal staff only, we needed a system that would offer the same functionality but at a lower price. Then we found Genius.

2) In a heavily regulated industry it allows for automated management of compliance deadlines with reminders sent to learners and managers.
In turn this has increased capacity within the admin team and it means fewer reports are needed as managers can track training themselves.
Customer support is available on the phone or via email and responses are quick and to the point. The whole system has professionalised the way training is managed within the organisation and will allow our Learning and Development function to grow as the company does. Genius is an extremely cost effective solution to the tedium and limited functionality of spreadsheets!"
